Account Manager - Ministry of Energy Iran

What are the responsibilities?

Analyze Iranian Ministry of Energy market, business targets & strategy, issues and key business drivers, key stakeholders and decision makers.

Identify the maximum potential for Siemens:

(1) Energy Management division projects, products, solutions and service to develop a strategic plan in agreement with the operative units to unlock this potential

(2) Power Generation and others divisions equipments.

Create and propose sales opportunities in full alignement with Siemens business units and divisions.

Propose adapted business models including financing

Develop an unified 3-5 years Key Account strategy

Builds/maintains/Develop sustainable global relationships with appropriate Key stakeholders and shareholders

Facilitates and plans relationships on executive and senior levels for Siemens management

Follows and drives Net Promoter Score (NPS) development

Additionally builds up a multi-level informal network between Ministry of Energy, its (n-1)/(n-2) subsidiaries and Siemens

Identify and drive opportunities to simplify business e.g. Frame Agreements

Collaboration, team, escalation management and vertical market exchange

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Master in Engineering, ideally in high voltage or mechanics.

International negotiation experience in fast growing environments

Fluent English, Farsi can be a good option

Minimum 10 years of experience in top level negotiation with States.

Experience in lobbying with authorities
