Your responsibilities:

To provide OMV Iran Upstream with the expertise, support and guidance in HSSE across the entire OMV Iran operated and non-operated portfolio from exploration to abandonment.

Responsible for driving integration and business performance in the HSSE area

Advise the line organisation and operated assets regarding all aspects of health, safety, security and environment (this also includes advising the non-operated assets)

Define, implement and monitor HSSE guidelines, standards, procedures and best practices within OMV Iran Upstream and seek to influence non-operated assets to do likewise

Maintain the HSSE Risk Register for operated and non-operated assets

Responsible for owning and ensuring the PTW system is implemented, auditable and applied according to established guidelines and standards

Provide appropriate and timely support and expertise in incident investigation, security assessments and associated security measures and facilitate the Emergency Response and Business Continuity processes with OMV Management, Unions and Partners as required

Coordinate and report HSSE performance and process safety progress against objectives

Manage HSSE contracts and contractors

 

Your profile:

Masters degree

10+ years experience in E&P industry with international exposure, ideally with previous experience working in the Middle East

Track record of leading HSSE function/department in operated and non operated environments

Possesses strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
